Franki, Gilbert Rhode, Hendrik Van Keppel and Taylor Green contributed designs to Brown-Saltman. This walnut coffee table by Brown-Saltman not only has a shelf for magazines but it also has a hidden drawer for remotes and coasters.

Made in San Francisco, this gorgeous dining table includes five matching chairs. Feet of table are clawed. Nothing encourages eating dinner as a family better than a round dining table.

Art Deco Artisan | Century Furniture Oak Dresser by Jay Spectre

This vintage Century Furniture dresser was designed by Jay Spectre, a NY-based interior and furniture designer. He specialized in designing interiors for luxurious homes and offices with Art Deco, Asian, and African influences. This gorgeous dresser (which could also be used as a credenza in the dining room) was made with cerused (or limed) oak and metal bands. Dresser was recently refinished in its original color and remains in excellent condition.

SOLD | Quality Elitists | Mid-Century Walnut Credenza by R-Way Furniture

The R-Way Furniture company was originally founded in 1881 as the Mattoon Manufacturing Co. By 1900, the company had grown to over 800 employees and spanned 12 acres. Because R-Way products were crafted with high quality materials, they are popular amongst vintage furniture collectors. This beautiful mid-century credenza by R-Way Furniture was crafted in walnut. The bottom credenza has cabinet space behind the sliding doors and five drawers (one of which is lined for silverware.) Remove the upper shelf and cabinet from the base to change the look of the credenza.

SOLD | Labels are Liberating | Mid-Century Dresser by John Widdicomb

You can tell what era a John Widdicomb piece originates from by the type of label the piece has. In the 1920s, the company used a framed JWCO monogram. In the early 1930s, however the JWCo monogram was changed to a vertical oval. In the 1940s, every piece was given a paper label that said "MADE BY/JOHN WIDDICOMB CO/DESIGNED BY/ Ralph H. Widdicombe/GRAND RAPIDS." Then in the 1950s, the company name was printed in a circular, sans serif type with all lower case letters. In the 1970s, the trademark was a "jw" monogram in a square of horizontal lines. Lastly, in the 1990s, the trademark was a sharp "jw" monogram. This mid-century dresser by John Widdicomb has six drawers. The three larger drawers sit tucked away behind the cabinet doors. Dresser has its original starburst hardware and a pleated wood design on the drawer fronts. Would make a great credenza or buffet in the dining room.

After John Widdicomb's short-lived Widdicomb Mantel Co. failed in 1897, he started his namesake company. The John Widdicomb Co.'s first products included interior woodwork and fireplace overmantels like its predecessor company. However, they soon began selling medium priced bedroom suites and kitchen cabinets, and boy are we thankful they did! This pair of mid-century nightstands by John Widdicomb have a unique design. There is a shelf, drawer and cabinet space. There is also a pleated wood design on the front.

This vintage french style chandelier has an iron frame with a gold leaf finish. Chandelier has a variety of crystals and beads with varying shapes. There are twenty candelabra lights and one upward facing light in the center.
