Barker Brothers, an upscale furniture chain in Los Angeles, was launched in 1880 by O.T. Barker. He had stopped off in LA a year earlier for a horticulture show and overheard someone complaining about how expensive it was to furnish his home with the only furniture store in town. This Moroccan Print Vintage Sofa was hand crafted for Barker Bros. Furniture. It has a slanted back with rolled arms, four throw cushions and remains in excellent original condition.

After WWII, they saw a huge boom in sales because military veterans were looking for furniture to furnish their new homes. This green French-style arm chair was handcrafted by Hickory Furniture in 1964. This naugahyde chair has two small wheels in the front and retains its original patina. The hand tacked detailing is enough to drive any mid-century furniture lover mad.
