Scottish Terriers were an especially popular breed of dog to own when Monopoly was first created in the 1930s. Thus, the reason the Scottie is featured as a token in the classic board game. It remains one of the most favorite tokens for players today.

This pair of Scottish Terriers have a mischievous look on their faces. They are sticking their tongue out as if to say "Don't read, play with ME." Known for their feisty nature, playful tendencies, and undying owner loyalty these bookends would be a great gift for dog lovers and book lovers alike. They are hand carved out of wood.
