In the 1800s, the Bassett family ran a sawmill in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It wasn't until the early 1900s that the Bassett brothers were inspired to start a furniture company with the lumber from the family business. The furniture industry was beginning to boom and the family sawmill gave them a competitive advantage. This 1956 china cabinet by Bassett has an upper cabinet space, three drawers including a lined silverware drawer and a walnut finish. Keep your precious china tucked away in style.
